Here at Aquafi we have developed this this modern day Ark to be light enough for most adventures, hard wearing enough to take the knocks. This is not the 'Packs up in your jacket pocket' type pack raft. But there is ways to take this package to the next level. You may not want to take the Oxford fabric Backpack with you on your next adventure. You can stow the Boat straight in your bag. The Foot pump provided does a great job of inflating your kayak quickly, but its another thing you might consider leaving behind. Check the market for a low pressure high volume battery pump and save yourself space and weight. The paddle provided is Strong and is worthy of any kayaking mission. But sometimes on a space saving mission you might like something smaller or lighter or both.

Instructions:

Inflate your kayak to around 1.5 psi. Thats firm but still with a bit of give....not rock hard. More like airbed pressure, nowhere near as hard as a Paddleboard or a PVC boat. And be aware don't leave it in the sun - ever! Especially if its inflated. Release some pressure as the day warms up...

Obviously Keep it away from Sharp rocks, submerged tree branches etc...Its tough but not that tough. Its not a PVC whitewater boat, its made light first and tough second.

Pack everything you have with you in drybags, because there's a good chance your stuff will get wet. This Boat doesn't have a Skirt so in rough conditions water will get in!
