The KingCamp Direct Flame Frying Pan has a strong cast-iron construction with a foldable bamboo handle - great for stashing in the camp kit.
Use it over a gas cooker, on a hot plate, or over an open fire - the good old fashioned way! The cast iron body contains no chemical coating on the surface and conducts heat more evenly than a standard non stick pan (they also last ages compared to non-stick!).
Grill pans are great for allowing excess oil or fat to drain while cooking, and give those delicious char lines on your food. The side spout makes pouring off the excess oil and fat easier, and the bamboo handle allows you to grip it without burning your hand off.

Cast Iron care instructions
Before first use it is recommended that you wash and dry the pan, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil. To prolong the life of your pan it's also recommended to do this after each use, and to also not store the pan wet (to avoid rusting). Also sudden changes in temperature, such as pouring cold water onto a hot pan, should be avoided. There may be black grit adhering to the surface before the first wash, but this is just oxidised vegetable oil.
